Ultrasonic Sensors Basic Theory

Ultrasonic sensors measure distance by using ultrasonic waves. The head of the sensor emits  a high-frequency sound pulse or ultrasonic waves and receives the wave reflected back from the target it's sensing. The Ultrasonic Sensors then will measure the distance to the target by measuring the time between the emission and reception.
